While Melanie Mayer has handled thousands of closings, our staff still provide individual attention to the details of each transaction. We have a one-person-one-file approach providing one contact for each file. This is not a closing factory. Our attorneys and staff are accountable and are proud to offer a superior experience compared to a “production-line” closing office.

When the time for the closing ceremony arrives, we will meet at a place of your choosing. We welcome you to our office, but we’ll also travel for the closing ceremony - at no additional cost to you.

As the need arises, our attorneys and staff are prepared to undertake title curative work, obtain subordination agreements, prepare powers of attorney, and clear estate issues. So whether you are participating in the HAFA program, or a for-sale-by-owner (“FSBO”), we can help. For any FSBO transaction closed by our office, our attorneys will draft the purchase/sale agreement at no additional cost for you.
