Our real estate services include residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions, attorney opinions of title, and a full suite of default solutions, including short sales, foreclosure, creditor’s rights representation, dispossessories, and REO representation.

Our goal is to serve our client and the needs of the parties to the transaction so that each closing happens on time and on budget-every time.

Other services include simple estate planning with no tax implications. We can also prepare living wills, durable powers of attorney for health care, and general powers of attorney.
